There are several ways that you can participate in this program:
Block Captain
If you understand the importance of bringing your neighbors together and would like to be the facilitator as a Block Captain, watch this video and become involved. This role does not require a lot of time, just a desire to help your neighbors and to be there in an emergency.
Participating Neighbor
If you are working away from home when a disaster strikes, wouldn't you like to know that your neighbors are there to assist until you are able to return and be with your loved ones? Watch this video and be ready!
